How to Delete Your LIMITLESS Account

This page explains how users of the LIMITLESS iOS and Android app can request deletion of their account and associated data.

Overview

LIMITLESS accounts are created when you sign up in the mobile app or web dashboard. Deleting your account permanently removes your access to the App and associated client data, subject to the exceptions below.

Current app status: The mobile app includes Log out and the ability to delete individual leads, but does not yet include an in-app “Delete account” button. Until that feature ships, use the email process below. This process is acceptable for Apple App Store and Google Play account-deletion requirements when in-app deletion is not yet available.

Option 1 — Request deletion by email (available now)

Step 1: Email us

Send an email from the address associated with your LIMITLESS account to: support@buildwithlimitless.com

Subject: Account deletion request — LIMITLESS

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Your business name (if applicable)
  • The email address registered to your account
  • A clear statement: “Please delete my LIMITLESS account and associated data.”

Step 2: We verify your identity

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account (for example, by replying from the registered email or answering account security questions).

Step 3: We process your request

Once verified, we will:

  1. Disable your login
  2. Delete or anonymise account data within 30 days
  3. Send a confirmation email when deletion is complete (or explain any legal retention exceptions)

Typical timeline: Deletion is usually completed within 30 days of verification. Some backups or logs may take additional time to purge on a rolling basis.

Option 2 — In-app account deletion (recommended future flow)

We plan to add an in-app deletion path in Settings. When available, the flow will be:

  1. Open the LIMITLESS app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Delete account
  4. Review what will be deleted
  5. Confirm with your password or re-authentication
  6. Receive an on-screen and email confirmation

Until this ships, please use Option 1.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we aim to delete or anonymise:

Data stored only on your device

The App stores inbox read/archive/hide preferences and session tokens locally on your phone. Uninstalling the App removes local data from your device. Account deletion does not require device access.

What may be retained

Some information may be kept where required by law or legitimate business needs:

Retained data is limited to what is necessary and protected appropriately.

Before you delete your account

Please note:

  • Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • You will lose access to leads, analytics, and website management in the App and web dashboard
  • If you have an active paid subscription, cancel or manage billing first via Settings → Manage plan (Stripe Customer Portal), or ask support to help
  • Deleting your LIMITLESS account does not automatically take down a live website hosted separately; contact support if you need website takedown assistance

Delete individual leads (without deleting your account)

You can delete single leads inside the App without closing your account:

  1. Open Leads
  2. Select a lead
  3. Use the delete option for that lead

This removes that lead from your CRM but keeps your account active.

Sign out vs delete account

Log out (in Settings) ends your session on the device but does not delete your account or data. You can sign back in anytime.

  • Need help locating your account
  • Want to export your leads before deletion
  • Have a legal or billing question about retention
