LIMITLESS respects your privacy and is committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
2.1 What we collect
- Account/signup details: full name, business name, email, phone, password
- Onboarding details: business information (ABN, services, service areas, hours, socials, competitors, notes, image preferences, etc.)
- Leads submitted through client websites and hosted forms: name, email, phone, message, source URL
- Abuse-prevention data on lead submissions: hashed IP address and user agent
- CRM contact data (your customers' details, where you use our CRM): name, email, phone, notes, status, source, and custom fields
- Billing details: handled directly by Stripe via Payment Links/Customer Portal — we do not store your card details
- Website usage data via Meta Pixel and Google Analytics on our marketing site
- Uploaded files (e.g. logos/images) provided during onboarding or for website assets
We do not record sales or support calls.
2.2 Why we collect it
- To provide and operate the LIMITLESS platform, including account authentication
- To capture and manage leads on your behalf
- To bill for our services
- To provide support and respond to enquiries
- For security and abuse prevention
- To run advertising and analytics on our marketing site
2.3 Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our services, including:
- Stripe (payments and billing)
- Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage — the primary home of your account and lead data)
- Resend (sending lead notification emails)
- Meta / Google (advertising and analytics, including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics/GA4, and the Google Analytics Data API for client dashboards)
- Vercel (hosting)
- Airtable (used only for leads submitted through our own marketing site — not client CRM data)
2.4 Data storage & security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard measures. Data may be stored on servers located outside Australia (e.g. via Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Airtable, or Meta/Google infrastructure); by using our services you consent to this overseas disclosure.
2.5 Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting support@buildwithlimitless.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
2.6 Cookies
Our marketing website uses cookies and tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) for analytics and advertising. Our platform also uses session/authentication cookies (via Supabase) to keep you logged in securely. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings.
