Refund Policy

4.1 Our refund policy

As a general rule, payments made to LIMITLESS are non-refundable. Refunds are provided entirely at our discretion, where we determine it is fair to do so in the circumstances.

Outside of this, fees already paid are not refunded, including if you simply change your mind or stop using the service before cancelling.

4.2 Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services are not provided with due care and skill, or are not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, regardless of anything stated above.

4.3 Cancelling before your next billing date

You can cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid, except as set out in Section 4.1.

4.4 Ad spend

Any ad spend passed through to Meta, Google, or other platforms on your behalf is non-refundable once spent, as this is paid directly to the advertising platform.

4.5 Disputes

If you believe you've been charged in error, contact support@buildwithlimitless.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it promptly.
